Scan-to-CAD & obsolete parts
Supplier gone? Drawing lost? We 3D scan the physical part — worn, broken or one-of-a-kind — and rebuild it as production-ready CAD. Reproduce it printed, or take the model to your machine shop.
Dimensional verification
Scan-based inspection with CAD-to-part deviation mapping. Know exactly where a part is in or out of spec — with a report your quality team can actually use.
First-article inspection support
FAI documentation for new and revised parts, run by an engineer with hands-on automotive quality experience. We speak SQE.
Toleranced parts with proof
Critical fixture from us? It can ship with a dimensional report attached. Parts and the paperwork, from one supplier.
